Paddle - Scrapes Pan

Use this reason code if the consumer states that the paddle is scraping the pan .

Troubleshooting

  • If the consumer states that the paddle is scraping the pan, the pan and the paddle should be replaced
  • If consumer is no longer within warranty they can purchase a new pan and paddle or we can offer upsell to consumer
