For models we handle ONLY: For Warranty or parts orders - please get the consumer's full information and advise them to email a copy of their receipt to: acpreceipts@brandprotectplus.com
If the consumer is calling about an unit that is in stock or for a part that can be provided- Manual/Recipe book, you will need to have the consumer's receipt. We are not able to provide any warranty replacement - unit or manual/recipe book - without a receipt. The consumer MUST provide their receipt by emailing it to acpreceipts@brandprotectplus.com. Please make sure to note in your contact that the consumer was advised to hold on to their until their receipt is received and reviewed.
If the consumer has a QI, you need to request their receipt.
If the consumer has a PI, please handle as normal and transfer to a PI specialist.
