Returns due to warehouse errors – sales or warranty
Sales: Emailed the office to have the order credited. Credit will be issued in 7-14 business days once the part is received if applicable. Place a new order in Shopify for the correct part. Email the office to have a label issued to return the expensive part such has GF plates, bread pans. If you are not sure, please ask a supervisor.

Returns due to the consumer’s error – sales or warranty
Sales: Place a note in Shopify and the contact manager that the part will be returned to be credited. Credit will be issued in 7-14 business days once the part is received. Place a new paid order in Shopify for the correct part.
Warranty: Place a new order in Shopify for the correct part. Request the part to be shipped back and paid for by the consumer. If the consumer is irate, email the office to have a label issued to return the expensive part such has GF plates, bread pans. If you are not sure, please ask a supervisor.
Returns due to the part being damaged or defective - We do not need to part to be mailed back.
