SCW3000S | Additional Product Information

The MAC address information can be found in your routers admin portal. If you are using a MAC filter, you must first disable the filter to allow the slow cooker to connect, then access your router admin portal to find and note the slow cooker's MAC address. Then, add the slow cooker's MAC address to the MAC address whitelist and reactivate your MAC filter.

  • If the consumer does not know how to access their routers admin portal they would need to look at their instructional brochure for their router or contact the router technical support.
