Failure at 37%

Failure at 37% means the phone is unable to upload the Wi-fi credentials to the slow cooker.

If the consumer states they are receiving and error message and the load screen stops at 37 percent:

• Make sure the phone and the slow cooker are not too far apart
• Ensure the SSID or password does not have any unrecognized characters
• Advise the consumer to force the app closed and to clear the saved passwords in the Wi-Fi settings (a wrong password may have been entered).
• The signal may be poor - Move the unit and device closer to the router.

If the consumer has forced the app closed and cleared all passwords:

• Advise the consumer to uninstall and then reinstall the app.
