Toaster Ovens - Power Convection
Until now, convection cooking has relied upon a fan to force air to circulate within a toaster oven—this is referred to as Power Convection. When baking with Power Convection, a fan is pushing the air inside the oven cavity. This results in faster and more even cooking, but the fan and motor inside the product add cost and drive the retails of Power Convection Ovens higher.
Definition of Convection :
- The transfer of heat by the circulation or movement of the heated parts of a liquid or gas
