UPS My Choice

If a consumer has extensive delivery instructions (going to a certain office or on a college campus) that will not fit on the address label/field, please advise the consumer that they can add the extra information once the UPS tracking number is issued. The consumer will need to set up a free UPS My Choice account: https://wwwapps.ups.com/doapp/signupmychoice?loc=en_US. They can enter delivery instructions that will automatically be added to every UPS shipment sent to them from anyone.

The consumer can also call UPS as well to add the information - 1-800-742-5877.
