Upsell Return Request

If a consumer has purchased an upsell and wants to return it, please see the following return policy:

Return Summary:
- Product was purchased within 30 days, is unused, undamaged, and still has plastic band around power plug: Consumer may complete the return section of the packaging slip and return the product to Spectrum Brands DC (Redlands). The consumer is responsible for shipping the product back. When Spectrum Brands DC receives the return, credit will be issued to FHC. FHC will issue credit to the consumer.
- Product has warranty related issue, includes performance related complaints: Handle as a warranty issue.
- Product was received damaged: Handle as a warranty issue.
- Product is used (plastic band removed) but undamaged and functions as intended: Regardless of purchase date, neither warranty nor return policy cover "buyers remorse" situations.
- Consumer wants to return item received as a gift - Item may be returned per return policy (unused, undamaged) but refund will be made to purchaser, no exceptions.
- Warehouse errors: Item must be unused with plastic band around the plug. Consumer must indicate warehouse issue on packaging slip. Issue PPL to return product to Spectrum DC (Redlands) if the product is valued at over $40. When product is received credit will be issued.
Return Policy:
New, unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, (shipping charges are not refundable). Items must be returned in new, unopened and unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. The return section on the order’s packaging slip must be completed and sent to Spectrum Brands warehouse with the unopened and unused item. If the returned item is accepted after inspection at Spectrum Brands warehouse, credit will be issued within four weeks. If the return is a result of Spectrum Brands error this must be indicated on the packaging slip.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that are opened, in used condition, or beyond 30 days of delivery may not be returned. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Refund Policy: After your item(s) is received in our warehouse, it will be inspected. If the item is returned in new, unopened, and unused condition with the return section of the packaging slip, credit will be issued.
To Return a Gift: If an upsell item is gifted it may be returned provided the item(s) are eligible for return (unused/unopened). All refunds will be issued to the original purchaser, no exceptions.
