Water Tank - Leaks

Use this reason code for complaints that the water tank leaks, such as from a seam. Do not use this reason code for complaints that the water tank is cracked or broken.

Troubleshooting

  • Be sure you've allowed the unit to heat for at least 4 minutes prior to using it or after it has turned off
  • Ensure the water reservoir is not over filled
  • Ensure the water reservoir is emptied between uses
  • Make sure that the water tank is not cracked or damaged in anyway
