Following the Recipe
A traditional bread recipe may not come out correctly in a bread maker. If the consumer is using a recipe designed for a bread maker it is important to add the ingredients in the order they are listed. In general, the consumer would add the liquid ingredients first, then the dry and always the yeast last.

- There are two types of dry yeast: Regular Active Dry and Instant Yeast (also known as Fast-Rising, Rapid-Rise, Quick Rise, and/or Bread Machine Yeast).
