Coffee Maker - Doesnt Brew Properly

If the coffee maker will not brew

  • Check to make sure that the appliance is plugged into a working outlet; try another outlet without using an extension power cord.
  • Ensure the water reservoir is filled with enough water.
  • Check to make sure that the carafe is positioned properly. Remove carafe and insert the carafe so that it rests properly in the coffeemaker.
  • The unit may require cleaning. Refer to Descaling Instructions/Cleaning with Vinegar

  • Inquire if the customer has descaled the unit. The unit may require cleaning to remove mineral deposits that build up over time. Coffee Makers - Descaling Instructions
  • If the coffeemaker is equipped with a clock and the clock is working properly but the unit will not brew, please follow Normal Warranty Process
  • If the unit powers up and other functions work properly, but the unit does not brew water please follow Normal Warranty Process.
