Cooks Essential - Pressure Cookers
The only pressure cookers we support that are sold from QVC are the Cooks Essential brand. All the model numbers should start with the letters CE. The customer will need to double check the model number for you to further assist them. If it is a product we do not support you will want to refer them back to QVC. We only support electric pressure cookers also. If the unit is a stove top model it is not ours.
